Purchase and Shipping Policy:
All UK delivery costs are automatically added during checkout, based on the size and weight of each item.
There’s also the option to arrange your own collection. Which must be completed within 7 calendar days of purchase, after which storage fees may be applied.

Refund Policy:
Goods may only be returned after an agreement, in writing between Ancien et Jolie and the buyer.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, you may return or exchange goods within 14 working days of delivery, except for the products which are made to order.
Returns are at customers' own expense and risk, we advise you use an insured, carrier service.
All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card, excluding delivery costs, within 7 working days.
The condition of the item must be found in way no different to that in which they were sold.
