'TRIENNALE' DOUBLE BAY
Fully adjustable steel shelving unit produced by Dutch-Italian company, LIPS VAGO.
Designed for the “Triennale” Milano, 1954. With the likes of Jean Prouvé and Ernest Race, also displaying groundbreaking works at the show.
Each unit comes with 4x adjustable shelves with a deeper shelf fixed at the base. The adjustable shelves can be hung from either side of the system. They work as both free standing or lie flush with the wall.
The design is also modular and can be added to / configured into double and triple bays depending on individual requirements.
Having been in constant use since the mid 1950s, there’s regular signs of careful use, a few scratches here and there. Plus the odd paint splatter.
